What’s next?
Now that you’ve signed up, you will receive an account link via the account email you provided. This account link is specific to your rower and takes you directly to the rower’s account page to complete the registration process. It is not uncommon for an email to go to your spam folder, so make sure to check in it if you do not see an email.

You’re not fully registered. There are three documents that need to be completed as soon as you can to complete the registration process:

Physical Form: If you have not done so, you will need to complete the first page of the physical form and the second page will need to be completed by a physician or nurse practitioner. This form needs to be uploaded to RCRC within 4 weeks of registration. Many walk-in clinics offer this service for a low fee. (Must have been completed by physician/CRNP in the last 12 months,)
RCRC documents: These two forms are for you and your child to read together and both sign.
Information on Where & How to Upload Documents
All three documents need to be uploaded to the rower’s account page. When you use the account link to reach your rower’s account, there is a section to upload these documents. 
Just look for the bright red Upload Documents Below picture at the bottom of the page to show you where the uploading documents section starts. Other colorful pictures are there to help you upload the right forms with the corresponding section.
- You can upload either images or a file. Preferred jpeg &/or pdf.
- Maximum upload for an image or a file is 1MB. You may need to reduce the size of your image or file before you upload it.
- If you upload the document as an image and there are two pages to upload, then upload one image at a time (ex. Page 1 of 2 or Page 2 of 2).
- If you upload the document as a file and there are two pages to upload, put both pages in one file and upload.
You will receive an email shortly with your account link.
Remember, click the account link to access your rower’s account page where you can upload these forms to complete the registration process, as well as edit or update information in your rower. It will also provide you with a link to pay for your rower or you can visit that page now at PAY FOR ROWER.
Just in Case: I don’t see an email from RCRC?
If you do not receive an email after an hour, visit GET ACCOUNT LINK and enter your account email to have another email sent to you. Sometimes it takes time for the email to be sent, but you do not need to sign up more than one time or with a different email address.
