Masters Winter Training
Winter training is designed to build endurance, strengthen core muscle groups and improve mental focus and discipline for a better on-the-water experience for novice and masters rowers.  There are an average of four 90 minute sessions each week at the Madison County Rowing Facility on Hobbs Island Road culminating in the entirely optional opportunity to test yourself against other masters rowers from around the Southeast at the Tennessee Indoor Rowing Championships held in early February at the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga’s McClellan Gym. Entry fee for this race is not included in the program fee of $50.

Note:  Club membership is not required to participate in this program.
